Support Conservation and Place Based Education
In August 2007, the remainder of our payments will be due for our generous bridge loan from the Chittenden Bank that helped us to purchase our 230-acre educational, agricultural and natural preserve in Monkton, Vermont. Since our purchase of the Willowell Land in the summer of 2005, we have undertaken numerous conservation and agricultural projects, as well as many new and continuing alternative education initiatives. We have also raised over $300,000 toward our land purchase during this time.
Your support of the Willowell Foundation and our diverse programs, will be an essential part in sustaining the longevity and allowing for the growth of our exciting place-based education initiatives and conservation projects. Please support us with a contribution so that we can purchase our land and continue to reach children and adults through authentic education rooted in place.
