Casey Burger:
Casey has been making things since she was a wee girl. Pottery and painting in her father's studio, jewelry and wild inventions in her own backyard. As an adult she has become passionate about learning the "practical and natural arts," including baskets and weaving. For three consecutive summers Casey has led camps with Willowell, which have been a marriage of her love of making things and love for children. These programs are inspired by the work that she has done at the Hawthorne Valley Waldorf EARTH School, through the New York State public school system, and out of a belief that children are incredibly capable.
