The Art of Story Crafting- Workshop

OVERVIEW

Do you have a story to tell?  Do you love using your imagination to create art and express yourself?  Come and join us for a project-based exploration of the art of storytelling. Campers will hear, see, read, and experience a variety of stories throughout the week. We will play games, explore the woods, learn about and identify the natural wonders around us. Over the course of the week, campers will create and develop narratives of their own based on connections to place. With guidance and community building, campers will create their own presentations at the end of the week. This could be a handmade book, a dance performance, a play, or an artistic expression of their own creation. Families are invited to join us on Friday, August 2 (the last day of camp) for a showcase of the campers’ work.
