Willowell Unveils New Art Piece by Rosalie D. Gagné
The Willowell Foundation is excited to announce the hosting and installation of the latest work by Rosalie D. Gagné at the Gordon Sculpture Park in Monkton. This kinetic piece entitled “Field Pendulum”, crafted in 2024, invites viewers to look at the complex interplay between personal perception and the larger macrocosmic motions of the Earth. This new work by Rosalie D. Gagné, and the supporting structure created with students and community members in Addison County is part of the site specific installation, unveiled to the public at a reception from 5 to 7pm on May 30, 2025.
This installation is the third and final one of a six year partnership between the Neuberger Museum of Art in New York and The Willowell Foundation. It will be a permanent installation at The Gordon Sculpture Park, joining previous works by Engels the Artist and Nicolás De Jesús. The sculpture park is open dawn to dusk on weekends and afternoons during weekdays. For more information about the piece and the sculpture park, please contact info@willowell.org.
