In this camp set in a galaxy far far away, you’ll join Jedi masters Katie Staley and Josie Jackman as we learn the ways of the Force. Tackle challenges, play games, learn tracking, identify wild edibles, discover mysteries and build light sabers of our own. Get ready to explore new worlds and join the the path of the Jedi.

Complete the 2018 Willowell Summer Camp Registration Form Online:
I. Make checks payable to the Willowell Foundation, and mail to address above (preferred).
II. Pay through PayPal. Please add a $10 processing fee to tuition total when paying online. Enter name of camp and campers name in “description.”
Applications and full tuition are due 3 weeks before the camp start date.
To reserve a space now, please fill out the online application and mail your non-refundable $50 deposit. Deposit counts towards full tuition.
Katie Staley is currently serving at the Willowell Foundation as an AmeriCorps member, a nationwide program committed to poverty alleviation and community development. Her time at Willowell has been spent supporting educational programs such as Wren’s Nest Forest Preschool and the Walden Project. Katie graduated from University of Vermont in May 2015 and took off on a cross-country adventure to explore farms and national parks throughout the United States. She has been working with youth for many years and enjoys her time at Willowell, in part because of the holistic perspective an outdoor education provides. She is excited to adventure with the Jedi-in-training and highlight that there is an intention and force behind every choice we make.
Josie Jackman is a 17 year old who has done the Walden program at Willowell for her junior year and will continue the program as a senior. Josie is passionate about art and hopes to be an animator in her future. Her time at Willowell was spent gardening, gathering firewood and taking classes for the Walden program. Josie is always looking forward to new adventures and wants to be a more active member of the community at Willowell.
Kayla Hoffman is 17 years old. She has done Walden for her junior and senior year. Kayla enjoys singing and songwriting. She is outgoing and likes being outside. Kayla has been in many plays and musicals such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Peterpan, and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Kayla has helped with a Willowell after school program and babysits often. She loves being around children and joining in on fun activities. Kayla has a great imagination and is good with kids.
